Another artist that draws really, really good bushes, but doesn't make them the same color as the character's hair.
Edit: I may have spoke too soon. I was looking at Sakura and Murasaki, but I completely missed Bulma. It's believable for Sakura and Murasaki to dye their hair. Most of the other characters that Makinaru draws with bushes are also Japanese, so drawing them with black bushes makes sense. I rescind my nitpicking.
