Penile Preserving Vaginoplasty is more difficult as there's less tissue for surgeons to work with, one of the reasons having orchiectomy isn't recommended for vaginoplasty (tissue elasticity drops, usually results in smaller, shorter vagina)
that said, it all depends on the trans person's choice, Haru might prefer to fully become female and get rid of it completely
