Ok... I'm confused. This is tagged mind-control, but I'm not seeing any of the usual signs of such things... though I don't read the language, so I suppose it might be present.

That said, based on Fofotron's blurb, it sounds like there's nothing of the sort going on. The girls are just mandated to get impregnated by this dude because of that law stuff if that's correct.
