Unless it's very necessary info, you don't want to start with an info dump about your characters. It's that whole "show don't tell" thing they tell new writers... You can put that stuff at the end for people who are interested.

English is a bit rough. Lot of its/it's confusion. "Fasten" doesn't mean "make quicker"; you want "hasten" for that. And conventionally, Japanese honorifics are attached with a hyphen, not standalone, e.g. "Kei-chan".

Unnecessary updates with repetitive pages almost identical that do not add anything to this story that loses pace and with it you lose continuity and the pleasure of reading... On the other hand... Story looks promising, if i had to say something i would ask that you work a bit on the camera angles, for example, in page 66, it would be nice to have a POV perspective showing that ass, so that we know why the guy couldn't resist.
As for the plot, i really like some slow burn feminization, i just hope you keep on being a solo action for now, the other guy rubbed into the MC there but i hope you don't take things further than that anytime soon, let the MC find out things for himself, to slowly drown in pleasure, also some more masturbation scenes from him would be appreciated, now with just his dick but later with perhaps him touching his nipples or something.

I think this comic is well written and clever. Taijo-Kun is more manipulative and Kei-Chan more gullible and suggestible than you would expect of two friends but it works. Can't speak on pace as I read the first 250 pages all in one sitting and felt entertained. I will continue to keep an eye on this work to see how its progressing.
