The artist seemed to back burner the plot in favor of dedicating at least a page to every female character present getting a rape scene of their own. They could have used more time and pages to make this better. Or bring less women. The translation and or dialogue also seems off. Overly simple and lacking in tone compared to previous works. It made the high elf archer seem like she was just being tsundere about the goblin sticking his cock up her ass.

Been some time since I read the first novel, but pretty sure Goblin Slayer does the double tapping in it too, so yeah the situation shouldn't happen as-is, because GS would check every goblin bodies just to make sure they don't play any tricks.
