This book, although it seems incomplete or out of order, is complete and ordered just as it was printed. Between the cover and page numbered 9, there is a 3 part fold out poster. It has printing on both sides. This counts as pages 3 through 8, making 6 pages total. Near the end of the book, there are pages numbered 31, 30 and 29 in that very order. This is not a mistake on my part but is how the book is printed.

The main author's name appears as JS which refers to Saegusa Jun. A guest author named NA appears as well but, assuming that this is not the author's main penname, I do not know who this author is.
