Actually, if you download the game as soon it becomes available on SHARE or via torrents and use a one of the many free Hentai Game CG ripping software; they are quite easy to use. I used to do that often, but now, since so many other people do it and upload it, there isn't a need to anymore.

He gives a breakdown of what tools you need to extract almost every new HG out. Google the extracting tools yourself, which aren't too hard to find, then simply rip the game after you install it. It can be a little more complicated, but that's the gist of it. Good luck to those that try :D
