Shemale is a visual tag that requires a dick, it is based entirely on what is visually present, not on what background information some snowflake in the comment section got offended by.

We do have a different tag for this kind of stuff, https://ehwiki.org/wiki/Talk:gender_change does apply based on external sources if the cosplayer is known to be trans (or using a boobshirt, photoshop, etc. to look shemale) or if a character is genderbent, or in case of the Cosplay category, crossplayed (unlike trans people, usage based on characters canon gender also invokes Gender Morph so they can still be told apart most of the time)
