Oh nice. Since this your scan you can go all out and have larger file sizes. And EH has chosen webp for their gallery images. It doesn't affect the original file format.

@do_it_again_chen So I've noticed, though it makes them difficult to save individual pages (unless that's the intention).
Have not been a fan of their change to webp, as the format has been a blight on image archiving and editing software.
