I generally left the sound effects alone, whether they were in odd speech bubbles or not. I lack the type setting skill to really change those out. I also initially tried to do some light decensoring but I gave up on that quickly. The translation is.... not grating. The several English mistakes are clearly the kind of mitsakes that a human would make (like mangling "who is", "whose" and "who's"); that can be fixed by learning a better English.
