Gee, I've seen this one before....but was a different artist, and the son & daughter left behind by the parents were lounging on the couch watching TV! Who got frantically busy soon after parents had left, ran through the exact same sequence of positions / panels.....Milk just skipped the last panel showing the parents returning to tired teens slumped on the couch in essentially the same positions as when they'd left many hours before;)

The ones by Wakamatsu are all just like "Day in the Life Of..." with it just being a snapshot into their lives of taboo sibling fuckers.

This one is a lot more voyeuristic in the fact that someone, could even be the son or mom, has a stream or video of them fucking and there's the further added aspect of being caught.

Plus it's a lot quicker/frantic in NotEnoughMilk's work. Wakamatsu usually has them do some reciprocal foreplay to each other alongside the hurried removal of clothing. This one had 3 actions that then went straight to fucking.
