No, that is just a mistranslation. The MC is nicknamed Mazo-ko (マゾ子、マゾコ) throughout the story, which is a nickname sounding like a female first name while alluding to the MCs submissiveness/masochism. On p. 40 the MC is referring to themselves in the third person, acknowledging the nickname/identity while sounding girly or childish. A direct translation could be "What kind of things will be done to Mazoko tonight", and a more natural translation might be "What are you going to do to me tonight".
