in 2 points:
1st point: is that the author interest and fetish is all about fapping to misoginy, brutal rape, torture and bad ends on multiple heroines.
2nd point: the whole series works as seasons which are a reset of the entire world where all the babes we've known come back/revive, or see it as countless different and paralllel worlds in the same universe each season. Which have the clever purpose to allow the author to draw infinite bad ends with known heroines. Thus there's thousand of bad luck/bad ends possibilities that can happen, which is what the author wants.
