All my stuff is free and i can also take my time to show you how you can create AI pictures on your own in this style if you message me here in private messages. I am really new to AI generation (doing it for about 7-9 days right now), so this should give you a hint about how easy it can be. Create and share your own creations with the community =)

I use Stable Diffusion local on my PC. You can find tutorials on youtube on how to install and on how to use it. I strongly recommend to only use it if you have a Nvidia graphics card, otherwise renders take forever. (only the AMD RX 7900XT and 7900XTX are exceptions, because of soome special support for them)
For my base model inside of Stable Diffusion i use "Pony Realism". You can find AI models for Stable Diffusion on the "civitai" website, just google it. (dont know if i am allowed to post links in the comment section)
If you want to get into AI creation, i would recommend you to go to the civitai website and watch the prompts and models the other users use (you will mostly see which prompts and models the users use when you open an image on the website) to get an idea on how to achieve the style you want to create :-)

sry i dont know anything about AI animation. Only thing i know is that big movements like in the linked video will be hard to do for the AI. Try watching some youtube videos on that subject.
