Some information:

1. You can blacklist uploaders who mainly upload stuff you don't like (in settings)
2. Tags can be watched, hidden and assigned weights (https://ehwiki.org/wiki/My_Tags)
3. Some tags should give you an warning before opening, unless you disabled it. (delete the nw cookie to enable it again)

yea, vore is one of our weaknesses in terms of tagging.
we have tags like "analphagia" and "cockphagia," neither of which are considered associated with the "vore" tag.
Any non-oral vore isn't considered vore. For example, if we tagged this work "correctly" it wouldn't have any vore related tag at all, despite vore being the whole point.
