I don't get why a comic that has 96 pages cost 20,000 points to get the download but another comic of equal or better quality with almost 1000 pages has a cost of 4,000 points for the download.

Remember that what matters is file size, that 1000 image gallery is simply ⅕ the total size.

Don't forget that most of the time you're looking at reduced size images, this gallery has 3840X2164 images that are ~10Mb each as the full versions but defaults to showing you 1280X720.
