In a nutshell: Kei's slime had planned to bail out of town after snatching a body for itself. However, things changed upon meeting Kei who had treated it well. That said, it knew that meeting the "other slime" (who now lives with Yuuji) would be inevitable and had even prepared the love hotel as the "safest place" in case of such an encounter. It helped little as Yuuji's slime not only took the two girls claimed by Kei's slime, but also overwhelmed it to the point of losing its physical form.

Although Yuuji's slime promised not to kill Kei, it is not that forgiving for a slime trespassing on its own turf.
Is this the last of Kei's slime? We'll find out on the next chapter. (Hopefully.)

So if I understand correctly with my limited knowledge of Japanese, the first slime mentions that after finishing with the second slime the three bodies of the second slime would be his which i think it means without the second slime controling them they are just meat sex dolls that would have sex with Kei just by matter of instinct, so i think is confirmed the second slime does kill the host when entering the victim's head.

I really hope the first slime doesnt end up assimilating anyone, i really love the concept of parasytic slimes.

1、本体被吞，但2号粘液还有别的分身，勉强算逃过一劫，和2号男主离开1号粘液的领地。
2、本体被吞后，2号粘液寄生过的几个人有曾经的记忆，残留着对2号男主的好感，成为了他的后宫，如果有记忆没有好感，那男主就身败名裂。
3、吞下2号粘液后，1号获得了2号的记忆和情感，把2号男主强上了，这种发展有点牛，可能性较小。
