The third part adds backstory to the couple but it is hard to care about them when we learn about them only in the final part and the melodrama(divorce and brain damage) distracts a from the erotism.
The epilogue do not show much what happened to father and the wife after all the melodrama.

The dad is so shit lmao makes me wonder if he was the target of NTR before and the MC is not actually his son. Would make for a good continuation: The actual father (who is part of the yakusa) shows up in the hospital 6 months later, because he had been loosely keeping track of Kenish, after asking about him at his work (maybe he had helped him a bit there in the past) and discovers the circumstances of his admission to the hospital. He gets pissed and goes to MC's house with some goons, catches the two scumbags fucking... He torture the stepfather then we get a backstory about how the oldfart loved his wife since he was little but she loved MC's father, because MC's father was part of the yakusa he couldn't marry her or something like that. Knowing that, the oldfart blackmail her into marrying him but because she despises him she never have sex with him (for spice: oldfart could have tried to rape her but MCactualFather sent him to the hospital all the times he tried it) the oldfart got ultra mad and started to take the frustration on MC by giving him lots of candies with estrogen as to not properly develop his pipi (for some spice: MC's actual father could have a bigger dick than the oldfart; and he could show it to Iori first hand...). As for the revenge the oldfart could be fed with estrogen + sugar non stop as to become diabetic and unable to have a boner while Iori would become a prostitute in yakusa territory (and now looking down on the oldfart).

BTW on the translation: Pretty sure that "job in civil engineering" referenced in page 313 and in the first chapter is just "construction worker" putting engineering implies both the dad and mc studied engineering this wouldn't fit in the Broke aspect of the father and then MC at the end.
