If I remember right, the new epilogue volume and the original finale chapter indicates that some form of Toga exists within Uraraka. I believe the implication is that she's a vestige similar to the previous One for All users due to transferring much of her blood to save Uraraka's life.

I do find this potential new storyline to be really interesting, since it'd be a Jekyll and Hyde situation for Uraraka, as she and Izuku work together for a relationship. Considering the Ippan Josei image line that Vlizz has been working on, I find it funny that she potentially gets cucked by Toga.

Interesting thing here is, I saw a third picture of this series that hadn’t been uploaded here when I made this comment, and in the background, a police officer discovered Momo and Mineta having an encounter in the bushes.

Which, incidentally, had led me to this theory about the pairings of Vlizz’s two stories:
Ochako Possession: Himizuocha, Toshinko, and Momineta.

Ippan Josei GOOD END: Joseizuku>Izuharem w/Stalker!Ochaco, Toshinko and Todorozu w/Harasser!Mineta

The presentation image indicates that Momo and Mineta must be in some sort of relationship. Whether as an official couple or as sex friends, I'm not fully sure. In the Ippan Josei GOOD END timeline, Momo got together with Todoroki and they have at least one child together. Mineta was arrested as seen on the news when Ippan was about to have some fun times with Izuku. There's no indication that Momo is in a relationship with Todoroki in this timeline.

It's a nice curiosity that this alternate timeline also appears to have a butterfly effect on the rest of the characters. If you look closely, Toshinori and Inko have different children in each gallery. Blonde kid here, while a green haired telekinetic in Ippan Josei. So, this implies at least some changes to the same events happening to certain characters, which I find pretty cool.

Now, I'm curious as to how Momo and Mineta got together in this timeline, lol.

I’m confused by page 6. First panel Ochaco’s all heart-eyed for Izuku, but when Himiko swaps in, Ochaco’s vestige self appears to be drinking from a bottle of water. Is that supposed to be her getting rid of her ‘thirst’, or something?

Honestly, I have no idea. Could just be visual jokes since there's no dialogue for these fanarts and stories that Vlizz has been doing. We don't know if Ochako has told Izuku about Toga being a vestige and as far as I can tell, he may not be aware of the body switching.

The new page (pg. 7) shows Ochako lifting her top as if she's there posing with Toga. I'm not sure if it's a thing like electronics picking up 'ghosts' but the two seem to have become acclimated to sharing a body.
