Third pose is probably something like "reverse egg crusher" and the fourth one afterwards "broken shell pit".

The artist updated this work on itch.io to remove the implication that childs are involved, which is why the text on page 5 has been changed and page 6 added.

So, since this here is the "censored" version, where only one text bubble has been changed and which is also missing the textless part, I think that this here isn't worth to keep.
