I mean, points for trying something different with the genre I guess, but at it's core it's still a story about a stupid, spineless girl who just goes along with whatever someone says despite not liking it and a man who's basically a sociopath and treats women like shit.
The netorare angle really does feel forced. I mean, the MC doesn't even know she's around and the childhood promise crap is so lazy.
Funny how he just ends the story at an arbitrary point despite the fact that this can only end poorly for her. Between being treated like crap whenever they're not having sex and eventually realizing she married a total stranger, wasting her best years with him and even having his kid, there's a good chance she just kills herself.
