That last one is a bit unclear on if it's referring to the entirety of her memories, or simply her name.

Pg29: (They literally say losing their mind, but this meshes better over the entire scene)

Pg30 the nuance is lost. The first part does specifically say "human speech lost" but the 2nd part is literally "Goblin comprehension increased". So considering the previous panel where they're "losing their mind" because of lust, and how the transfers are exchanging roughly equivalent things -- the 2nd part below being about "understanding/comprehending" Goblins better, it makes sense to frame the 1st part below as losing their "understanding" of humans. So I'd go with something like:

Core Memory「Goblin Instinct」Acquired!

Pg31 is tricky, as it literally says "self lost" which the closest thing we have in English is the psychology concept of "ego", or sense of self. With Lana arguably losing her "id" or basic instincts, on Pg30. Then it literally says "Lana's life acquired" so you can either go with that directly IMHO, or I provided something with more artistic flourish in acquiring what amounts to her very "essence" that fits the theme. Take your pick.

(OR) The Memories Resonate And Fuse Together! 「Lana」Acquired!

Then on the last page, the Goblin doesn't say "Hush now!" They say "Do it!" and Lana says "...You're a goblin now, that's for sure."

Woah, that's a lot I missed out. Thanks for telling me, I've never played DQ or JRPG on that matter, should've payed more attention to it. For the first censored version where you can't read the goblin language, I totally forgot about that and didn't touch them at all. Sorry for the rushed and poor translation.

It's a bit rough, but better than most MTL other than maybe that last page. Especially if English isn't your first language. And the only way to get better is through practice, after all.
As for the signage: The DQ RPG reference is clear, but the specific wording is of course my interpretation/in the spirit of the original dialogue.

And I'll admit, I may be overthinking it too much with Pg30, but I found it curious they chose to differentiate human speech and "goblin comprehension". So with things basically chipping away deeper and deeper at her core identity, I think it makes sense. I just really like thoses sorts of holistic considerations and using a thesaurus to vary wordplay (while not taking too many artistic liberties). Even if it is fluff pulp fiction.
