It's interesting to watch people who seem to be ESL speakers throw a fit about an English translation. I do wonder if people here fully understand the capabilities of modern AI like GPT-4o? At least I'm assuming this was translated using a model like that (it'd be good to say somewhere).

I think it'll always be inferior to having a competent person doing it, but I've seen worse jobs done by humans on here, and they weren't tagged "rough translation!" I guess people just like getting upset.

I have to say, I hate MTL because it usually results in shitty translations, but this one is... legible. It'd be nice if an editor gave it a pass to make it less stiff, but this is a lot better than I expected. I can actually follow who's speaking on the page and what the broad strokes of the story are (well, it's hentai, so there isn't really any, but you know).
