next time try to put some effort into your low-effort trashy comments; i swear people claim to be "poets" making these garbage, formulaic, soulless, three word comments. good thing i didn't pay for these 1s and 0s comments that are just regurgitating other people's real comments.

The idea isn't bad. Could be done IRL, as it is. Finding two female porn performers willing to fist (each other) is easy — a few studios / brands are already established on this, e.g. FisterTwister. Filming in some park or garden — easy.
Admittedly, finding performers willing to go for DP or even DAP fisting gets a bit difficult, but not impossible — I've seen a few videos. Now a performer willing to do all that while heavily pregnant… No piercings and no tattoos would certainly be an extra challenge. I'd certainly want to watch such a performance.

But the generation quality and / or quality control here is abysmal. Missing bodies, impossible angles and a disappointing number of penis-like appendages where an arm is supposed to be for fisting.
