This looks like AI work.
not only is the translation very rough, but the editting is too. Lots of times with twinned voice balloons you have the 2nd one deleting a portion of the translated text in the 1st one. A mistake a human would never ever do but an AI would.

which is a shame because the actual content is awesome best.

I guess we cant say that is a translation. Some parts are just wrong in a way it doesnt even make sense.
