The uploader hasn't translated it themselves but just compiled different translated chapters by others, which is why there's also pages out of order and the file types are all over the place. I'm guessing it's webp bc he's gotten them of hitomi.

I honestly don't get the hate for webp, but this is an very half-arsed job and colourized pages is never an "upgrade" one can just force into a tank. The very bare bones uploading something like this is to a) check filenames, b) be consistent, c) actually be upfront with what translation groups you've taken the chapters from - they were the people doing the hard work.

Edit: I see they've pulled the same shit with the other tankoubon, where we also see the issue with just trying to replace the actual chapter with the magazine variant: different censoring, possible extra pages missing, new pages of course not being translated (bc the uploader hasn't actually done anything themselves) etc.
