I recently acquired this title among four other books that belonged to M since the late 1970s. He hadn't read them in over 40+ years but had them to his person, and during a call agreed to part with them so long as I share them with you all.
Zaku or Zaku II recieved an interesting amount of readership during its time, and the FC seemed to have lasted well into the mid 1980s. The books I now own span from 1979 to 1981, though future volumes were noted in the newsletters and were subsequently published into 1983. The group appears to have been from the Nara Prefecture and comprised of over 180 members from the Ikomadaiminami neighborhood of Ikomu. Members would gather for activities at the Oomiwa shrine as noted.
There are four major interviews held with Yoshiyuki Tomino, Shuichi Ikeda (Char Aznable's Seiyuu), Ms. Keiko Toda (Shuichi's then wife, Matilda Ajan's Seiyuu) and Kaneto Shiozawa (M'Quve et al's Seiyuu).

Additional Information:
Zaku / Zaku II was relatively popular as a fanzine as it received several mentions in OUT magazine for its comprehensive information, interviews and layouts. Volume 4 was particularly highlighted, which I now own and will upload.
If you'd like to learn additional information about M, this publication and additional info on how I went about acquiring them, I recently transcribed an interview:
Pages 2 - 16 are shown as found, each image is hand pasted to the paper with glue that's been aged forever and I wanted to preserve it how I got it vs the rest of the text.
