Interesting story, but bit confusing to understand by the presentation (as well as some inconsistency). To summarize:

Page 2 presents with our main couple of the story: Mako Shimazaki and Kyouya (Surname Unknown)

Page 7 presents us with a blonde girl who is the past Mako. This section tells the reader she had a prior boyfriend, and engaged in both cheating and prostitution. The sex here is done with a kouhai boy named Yuzuru (surname unknown).

Page 20 is a newspaper clipping of a missing boy surnamed "Satou" on October 15th. He went missing while going home from school and was last seen going up a mountain called Touboue-Touge. There's other articles about a new political leader and a new age magic threapy, but those seem not important.

Page 22 onward is Mako and Kyouya getting introduced to the "man with a garbage bag wrapped around his head." This man offers the couple a game; 100,000 yen to be NTR'd, however once finished their memory is wiped of the NTR. The couple being dumbasses think of it as some form of joke and takes the offer. To their surprise the guys doing the cuckolding are men from Mako's past, and
the whole game is to show to Kyouya how much of a slut Mako is.

Page 33. There is 30 minutes left to the game. The Bagman offers to erase all memories of this event, and "make this never have happened," if Mako can stop cumming 3 times before the game ends (this part is confusing as it kinda contradicts or at least alters the original offer presented in Page 22).

Page 47. Mako fails the test and the Bagman is revealed to be probably Yuzuru whose also probably the boy who went missing in page 20 (making his full name Yuzuru Satou).

Page 48. Someone presses the button again for another game (probably Mako from the cover art.) This is why the couple has 200,000 yen on page 50. There is also an implication whatever cost that Mako paid for the game is that she had repeated sex without birth control and now maybe pregnant without knowledge as her memory is wiped/altered.
