Minamoto no Raikou from Fate/Grand Order. She only technically counts as a genderbend in that the real life Raikou was a man. In-universe she gets the standard hand-wave explanation that she was always female, and historians just somehow failed to notice her massive fucking cowtits.

there are probably worse fates than being turned into a yandere milf. also, her becoming so powerful that it caused an invalid character to appear in the stats screen is a small but fun detail

@mysterykcad in Fate I think it's usually less that historians didn't notice they were women and more actively chose not to describe them as women on account of how many eras of history there have been where it was taboo for women to do cool things
