However for some reason the files are larger even though the images appear identical. Since I don't know how they are different I did nothing to decrease file size.
I'm posting this copy as I found a copy of the book on archive.org with some of the missing pages. (I believe there's still a couple pages missing; someone could double check.)
I also went through, and on any solid background (black or white) I removed the 'copyright material' that was on all pages. I only removed it where it wouldn't modify any art. This appears to be text added by whoever uploaded the book? It was on some of the blank white 'missing page' pages; see page 180 in the original gallery for an example.
