You know, if you don´t like tattoos, don´t look at the set and keep it to yourself.
It´s not like anybody disliking overweight girls cosplaying slim characters write "to bad her being too fat ruins a great cosplay" under those sets as well.
Don´t like it, block the cosplayer in your settings list and move on. Effing puritst.
