Acquired from the estate of a manga artist who passed away, this journal is a combination of two works due to an error at the printing company who handled the original imprint:
This work approached Shoujo and aesthetic fans who were college age. A group call to meet up and attend Comiket 18 (August 15 - 16, 1981) is noted as this book was published June 25th of that same year. This book follows a very typical format of many journals like so and is printed quite well. If anything, it serves as a testament to the grip Shoujo still had at Comiket nearly 5 years later since its initial inception.
The group seemingly changed hands in leadership several times, and I've never seen anything about their activities past this particular volume on the web.

Additionals:
On page numbering: no pages are actually missing, so to speak. A letter from the editor states why the book is numbered like so in the beginning of the book. Otherwise, everything is presented as found:
"For some reason, the editor's notes are at the beginning of the book. The person who started editing first ended up printing the book late. However, No. 13.4 had already been printed. However, it's was so thick that we ended up cutting down the original manuscript to be 13.5. It was meant to only be 8 pages, but it ended up being P.3. The cover of 13.5 was drawn in February (of 1981). It was made in collaboration with No. 13.14. The cover... was meant to be an IP (possibly another text) illustration, but it ended up being for RIM. The lettering is all inlay (typeset) and Haruma's (writing)."
