On pg 22, "cold one" is a double entendre for a creampie as the male MC decides to bust inside of her when the guy in the back says "cold one". 生 (nama) is used in the raw and it literally translates to "raw"; the guy in the back is talking about fresh, raw beer. I guess cold drinks can be considered "raw", but I never heard of "cold one" being slang for a creampie, so this translation may be confusing for a lot of people.

Furthermore, in the context of beer, 生 (nama) normally refers to the unpasteurized kind called draught or draft beer. The guy in the back got his beer straight from a dispenser into a mug (we see other people with mugs in this story, too); he's not getting a can or bottle like "cold one" would probably suggest.

Also,「そうと決まれば早く戻ろう☆」 is translated here as, "Well, then, let's grab a cold one and go", but it should actually translate to, "Well, then, let's hurry back"; beer isn't mentioned or alluded to anywhere in this specific line. The implication is probably that since his partner doesn't want to have sex with him out in the open, he wants to return to their room and smash there.

He only refers to beer when he cheerfully sings 「生♪」(or 「ナーマ」as per the furigana). To make it clear he's talking about fresh, raw beer while also using a term that can refer to creampies, it should probably be translated as, "Mmm, FRESH, RAW beer ♪ FRESH, RAW ... ♪". Taking a tiny liberty, but now the double entendre is easy to understand in English.
