Taimanin Hiromi received information that two criminal groups are about to make a transaction with dangerous goods. She got an objective to break the deal and eliminate the criminals. During the mission, she cutting off-guard and got injected with a strong narcotic that knocked her out. When she awakes, she finds herself in an odd pod, a moment later the head of the criminal organization switch on the pod. It was a brainwashing device that erased Hiromi's personality and turned her into a mindless sex doll. From now on she's nothing more than a sex toy, that will fulfill her masters desires until her last days.

@oujdnojsdf not everyone has the editting skills to do so properly, lack of skill with photoshop is part of the reason people who can't afford throw commissins around all willy-nilly often use koikatsu, 3d custom order maid or AI in the first place. Even for some people who do comission they might have more writing than they can really fit onto the images.

This writer/artist did start integrating dialogue in later uploads but for this one it's just in a uploader comment I copy pasted (as I tend to do when I notice it has relevant story in there).
