A highly unusual doujinshi supplement that more than likely came with its adjoining book. The nature of the original book is unknown: all I have to my disposal is what is presented. Based on the dress up items and character, this work is from about late 1980 to mid 1981 at best. Given the years of Comiket, this could have been sold between Comiket 15 (September 15th, 1980) to about Comiket 19 (December 20th, 1981). If presented later, I feel there would possibly be more character costumes featured, though many come from the mid 1970s to 1980 only. I acquired this from the estate of a former manga artist who passed away and was given it after helping their child archive their files.

Bylines from the doll itself:
"This is a replacement face for those who don't like lolicons. We take no responsibility for any symptoms such as headaches, nausea, or dizziness that may occur if a lolicon uses this face by mistake, so please be careful if you are a lolicon."
This is curious to me, and could easily place this at being from 1982 to 1983, though its not for certain.
Additional information from the author:
"How to use Haruru-chan Dress-up Doll.
1. This product is a flexible fashion doll that is mainly targeted at lolicons. If you are not a lolicon, please be aware of this.
2. This product is mainly made to be copied, pasted on cardboard, cut out, and used. However, there is nothing wrong with making it into a cel to enjoy a luxurious feeling. However, as you probably already know, if you make it into a cel, please be very careful not to look at the back.
