Note: Unsure if Mythra's missing nipples (06/07) and changing eyebrows shades are deliberate or an artist oversight.

Definitely artist oversight. I’ve gotten psd files from them before and it looks like the layers that contained the extra detail for the nipples, eyebrows, and lashes were hidden, either because they were connected to another part of the piece, or they simply just forgot to turn them on, such as the nipples being toggled so they don’t appear through the clothing. If you look through most of the Mythra pictures it’s actually an apparent issue.
