I got this for free in a lot of over 100+ books. Based on the colophon, this work was exhibited at Comiket 49 (December 30th, 1995), and its a yaoi novel based on Virtua Fighter. The main pairing is Jackie x Akira. Every now and again, I see this one crop up on Mandarake for little to nothing, but I never grabbed it as I'm not a fan of the series. However, considering that I got it for free, I still wanted to share it with those who would like to see it. I got about 100+ novels in this lot for $8 roughly and will be uploading all of them when possible. I'm surrounded by books at this rate, but I'll keep going and keep buying until I get enough done.

Additionals:
The author, Nakagawa Masakazu (Written as both Kazu Nakagawa and sometimes even Seiwa/Riwa Masakazu), writes the following in the intro:
"It's so unfortunate that I can't even cry... It's my first Vcha (Virtua Fighter) book though... It was supposed to be a Platoon lovey-dovey book about Akira and Jakio (Jackie)... (sobbing) The above is almost stingy. Anyway, this story uses the game setting, and after an accident during a race with Jakio, Sarah is kidnapped (note, if that's a pun) and washed... Why isn't Jakio the main character in this!? This is not the time to be saying that!! It's a book that's quite delusional. Well, I think it's okay to have at least one story like this in a broad yet narrow-minded doujinshi... By Nakahara Kazu"
More from the author:
"Um... sorry, the number of people we had planned to write was significantly reduced, and it ended up being such a thin book (sobbing) Um... this time too, I caused a lot of trouble to everyone around me, and this book ended up being published... I'm really sorry, Ran-san, Chihiro-san (illustrator on some parts of the book), and Gisarago-sensei...(I can't even remember the kanji because I wasn't working hard enough) I'm especially sorry to Joran-san, for causing him so much trouble, and for calling him just when he was finally able to take a breather after uploading his own book. I wonder if he'll be happy in two hours, and I hope his book will be published in Comic... (I've almost finished writing it) While I was thinking about my next book, I wanted to start writing this story from the beginning properly... and that's where the problem lies. These two, Akira and Jakki, have had a fight before, haven't they? It ends without a conclusion... by Nakagawa Riwa."
The circle on most listings notes that a sub-circle of sorts was also involved in the book called "Jolly Fellow":
