The original gallery seems to have a misinterpreted romanization "Sugekawaru Oyako" I believe my title "Sagekawaru Haha Musume" might be more accurate, but I am an amateur.
Too write shit where monsters and evil wins you have to be some fucking sicko! I hate this shit. It is basically fucking vore you just killed off the very being so how the fuck is this not called Vore.. the person is fucking dead..
@meganekov3 if you are you fluent, I'd appreciate help; I'm getting closer to feeling like if Oyako is right, but that it's maybe a pun? I get "sou ge kawaru haha musume" when translating directly. Otherwise, my understanding is that the so-called modern pronunciation would be "Sagekawaru" and "Sugekawaru" would sound either regional or "older"
@molitar This does get violent even for something tagged with parasite, but this definitely isn't vore. Snuff or low guro are arguable, but neither really seem right to me either. I think just ryona (general violence) and amputee might be our best bet here
@ValkyrieTiara I should have explained my logic, just didn't want to get long winded. There are the brutal attacks, but the gore of it is heavily downplayed with the clean cuts and almost no blood. The creatures slime changing shape is made to look more gross than the injuries, so I'm not sure how minimal it's too minimal for the low guro tag. As for snuff, those attacks don't kill the women they instead get split into a parasite half and an impossibly still living human half. The human half then gets corrupted and assimilated with an ego death, but ego death doesn't get the snuff tag. So like there's an aesthetic of snuff, but there's no clear moment to me where it applies, and I'm cautious about using one of the darkest tags based on vibes.
@molitar Because it's not a dictionary, they're tags. Vore doesn't mean killing, that's snuff. Vore means "eat" (think of the word "voracious") and in this case refers to the specific kink of being eaten. Consumed. Even if it was implied to happen (which it isn't here) you don't actually see it so you can't tag it as vore. That would be like tagging anal because someone off-panel said "Hey, that's my butt!" without any actual depictions of anal sex.
@mixttime The original mom and daughter are WAY dead, and the daughter especially is violently beheaded on-panel. This should absolutely have the snuff tag.
Yeah. The originals are clearly dead and melting. The creature just puppetted the mother’s torso and kept her brain alive for a bit for fun. We later see the torso and the head melting. They’re dead. This is snuff
