An anthology / joint magazine from the circle Albatross and their BIRD imprint, which deviated from their main Albatross titles. This group primarily contained fujoshi authors, many of which were seniors in highschool and older, and boasted lots of talent from the late 70s/early 80s camp. Many authors who contributed to this work participated in a few other circles and projects, primarily Doronco/Doronko's REX, Mari Hibiki's NORMAL and the Rubicon imprint.
BIRD boasted membership to support its publishing, and selected letters/correspondence can be seen towards the back of the book. With a variety of impressionable young women at the helm, BIRD is printed on quality paper and an expensive vynil for the cover, boasting hot-stamp embossed swirls. Several mid 70s works get parodied as this particular volume was published in 1981, though some pieces are marked to have been from 1980. While published August 12th of 1981, there isn't any confirmation as to if this work actually showed up at Comiket, but its more than likely so (Comiket 18, August 15 - 16 of 1981).
Shio Sato (Simone Yotsuya), Doronco/Doronko and several other celebrated artists have their magazines advertised in the back and joint ventures, showing further interweaving of these individuals and their circles.

A transcription from the closing page:
★Today, August 13th - Postscript ★ In deciding which characters to use, we heard the following: "Marco and Rihi are different!" ... that's what was said, but between us, since last year's year-end party, this view has been firmly damaged. Even that beautiful and dignified Cameron Doe has become synonymous with a perverted man. Mino-san, Ri-san, what are you going to do? Ri-san, please stop talking about Kamui and Aka. I'm going crazy. I thought the story about the movie adaptation of Bar was a joke, but it was true. I'm happy, but I'm getting bored first, so I guess that means I'm getting old.
I'm so slanted and depressed.
So, for next time, Takashi-chan will be the editor for a long while. I will be writing only for the time being. (That is, it's Aihara.) The contact information will not change, so please continue to support me just as before. Sorry, I don't have time to edit... (nor does Hane)
★ There was no background music today, so Keiko's reading was playing in the background... uuuu, that's the sound of the pen being dragged, and we were broadcasting live from the scene, with Mino crouching in the corner of the room brushing her teeth and giving a lecture to Yoko on how to brush her teeth. "The 45 degree angle is the key!" Keiko was sprawled out on the sofa reading a book (you can guess what book it is...) and Mashi-chan was sitting on a chair reading Emmanuelle, "Look, we haven't finished all our work yet" (Morishita Chikai)
★I was asked to draw Marco, but for some reason I ended up drawing Marine. The anime I saw the day before was bad. I'm happy I can watch it, but I really don't want it to be so easy to do, the image solidification... (Yoko)
★I bought the video! But I don't have the tape! Meme-kun, because of you I can't watch Marco! Please return the tape to Hane-san quickly! (Baby Caterpillar)
★It's so hot, so hot (it's summer after all) and there's not much to do because of the heat. I'm just lazing around... is there anything to do? I'm going to sleep, Man is going to sleep... and so on and so forth until 4AM, leaving everyone else alone and going to sleep! (Tabe also went to bed late, thanks to Oath... He plays with other people's bodies) Gundam is on from 6:15 in the morning. I woke up at 6 and watched it properly. Char! What a great guy! So, I went to see the opening day of Gundam yesterday. Hamon-san ♡ Oh, I thought I told Keiko-san that the screening of Marine was going to be held at Furuya... but how much can you trust when someone involved says "we're planning to do it"? And what about when it includes the final episode...? (Sezaki Hiroshi) 17.12.81 At Yoko-chan's house.
It would appear that many of the authors stayed together during summer break to get this all done, whereas the focal editor was located in Kanazawa City, the capital of the Ishikawa prefecture.
