And when did Yuri Ai series turn to guro ? Dx

He has always been guro... Really the only ones that aren't guro are the Street Fighter ones, which is only a small part of his work.
But I wouldn't really say guro.. Yuri Ai has a pretty distinctive style compared to most gore. Normally I find it a big turn-off the guros I see.
The only guro I can really enjoy is Yuri Ai's and a few rare others like Yamamoto.

Btw, if anyone knows any guro artists similiar to them, do tell. ;o

Personally, I LOVE the way Yuri-Ai draws women; I just dislike his guro. I wish he'd draw more regular hentai.
