Why's Cyborg just sitting in the metaphorical cuck chair?

It's based on another image where a sign says Killer Moth won't give any candy to trick-or-treaters wearing superhero costumes, which is why they were all nude. In that image Cyborg was just a head, so that's why he's a head here as well. I suspect this may be based on something from Teen Titans Go.

Also as the door seems to be open Killer Moth is likely watching them and worrying that a teenage orgy on his property may get him into trouble.
