Aright, on the page with Miruko, Nagant, Mitsuki, Burnin, and I think Mt. Lady, (pg 8) anyone know who the - I think blonde, smoking a cigarette, and taking off her jacket - one in the background on the far left behind Miruko is? I don't recognize her from what little we're seeing.

According to the image sites/booru(s) that have that picture, the blonde behind Miruko is Ryukyu, the dragoon heroine. And based on that box of pregnancy tests, Izuku had knocked up each of those MILFs, or soon-to-be MILFs.

I'm not sure the storytelling behind this series of fanarts (if there is one), but I could see Izuku having multiple jobs. A fast food worker while also being a consultant to the heroes during his 'retirement' years.

I believe that the ‘Grinch’ is indeed Uraraka. Refer to page 13. In the window (between Josei and the picture), you can see the Grinch (with an intact face; no singe marks) looking in. It was pretty obvious from the look on her face in previous pages that Uraraka was going to try something sooner or later.

Assuming the most recent pages are not chronological to the previous ones, I guess the story progression is that Ochako/Toga was beaten by the Deku MILF Squad during the Christmas heist. Izuku doesn't learn about it until he sees the new segment. (Or at least didn't know it was his old friend/former love interest at the time.) He goes to see her, she has the big emotional confession, and there is acceptance and apologies.

She possibly joins the harem, but is at odds with Ippan, considering she is his official wife, thus the head bitch of the squad of badass bitches. Meanwhile, ghost Toga is along for the ride, AAAANNNDDD the scissors comment is probably her thinking Ippan and Ochako just need to fuck their animosities out.
