If you look closely, you'll notice that some images are variants (for example p1 and p2 are with clothes, p3 and p4 are nude) or even animated. (p58) Or pages 96 to 99, the underwear on the girl in the bottom right changes on each page.

(p6 and p7 is just a text update and one of them should be removed)

198 - SO much bullcrap right there. There's no reason for these art students to have the same expression of surprise for these guys that they would for the attractive women in the previous pics. The latter is SO much more common than the former.
