A small 2 x 3 inch pamphlet xeroxed on one page and cut down to size / folded for a Devilman centric FC, founded sometime between 1983 to 1984. This was given to me free in a lot of other books and boasts information about an upcoming issue from the circle. Given the method of printing, I suspected this was from the late 70s, however, its very crude. The group appears to have been headed by a Takayuki Hyo, also known as 'Leopard', and many of the musings are apt for a high school age girl, even.
"Hmmm♡ I love you! Hey, you little shit! Hey, I love Akira-kun in the anime... but I also quite like the Akira-kun in the original work. In particular, in the original work, Akira-kun has Tsubasa and Kiba, right? That was the best! People like me seem to like Kiba, yeah. But he is so different♡ Ahahaha♡... I can't help thinking that if my Akira-kun had Kiba and the real him too...♡ (...hmm)... But Akira-kun is Akira-kun♡ He's cool just the way he is, he's cool enough."
As this was a preparatory issue, its a newsletter if anything to reach the FC's fans or gather interest. This particular book was published January 27th, 1985, so no where near being close to Comiket etc. If announced for Comiket activities, it was still too early.

Additionals:
"My partner (Mi-chan, also known as Mi-kun) didn't get much to write this time, but she is doing well as she is drawing a hilarious manga called "Ikaru Manmu". Next time, I'm planning to publish a small book again... in full color (although it'll be a copy). I think it'll probably be a mini book with a few extra pages. The price won't be much different from this time, so please look forward to it ♡ The big plan is to publish it in May, and I want to publish a book with a full color cover and opening interior page, and I will also be publishing a calendar and letter paper for May 6th, 1985 soon. I would be grateful if you could let me know your requests."

This book is no bigger than a Chick tract and I feel its parodying the format (so I feel in my head, what an interesting place that is...)
Otherwise, this is a standard offset photocopy printing done cheaply and inexpensively. The lettering is as found, and it doesn't appear to be incomplete at all when read.
