Translation's a bit rough indeed, especially with so many sound effects left untranslated. Still, it's a good doujin.

That said, why is the first page repeated?

If I had to guess, it's because there's no actual cover and the real first page(second in this gallery) fails to catch anyone's attention and doesn't comunicate anything about the work. So they just put page two in front so that it could be a better thumbnail.
