To be fair, the story did add things from the first part such as the king forming his own kingdom to the North and is now trying to strike a deal with the MC. Also, the "some guy who knows the princess" was also introduced in the first part as her crush. You can even see her screaming his name for him to save her from the MC. This part is the MC mind-breaking him because he was acting like a dick.

I'm guessing the third part will be about the female MC's father and maybe invading his land. That said, I would like to see her becoming corrupted and is the one who started a war, lol.
