Mizuho, Noriko et Yuri sont trois amies qui se sont proposées de faire des vacances dans un spa que Yuri a gagnée lors d'une compétition. Le problème est qu'elles n'ont pas consciences du piège dans lequel elles vont entrer. Elles seront emmenées dans un monde alternatif où sont présents leurs souvenirs traumatisants ainsi que leurs rêves lubriques.
