I've seen machine translators actually putting effort into making shit comprehensible so it always baffles me that people even make shit like this. What are you doing? People think every shitty translation these days is MTL, but this is VERY unlikely to be MTL. MTL does not produce typos like "Ciscon".

This is most likely a case of a Japanese native speaker translating into English which they aren't that proficient at yet.

Yes, it really needs an editing pass but cut the junior translators some slack. Many of our beloved translators would sound like this if they had to translate something into, instead of out of, Japanese.

Well, my own MTL just now put that line as "Cisco" so It might still be. But many of the other lines were actually BETTER in my MTL so you could still be right. I think it's safe to say no native English speakers were involved in this English translation, MTL or not.

Literally, post the Japanese version, take the characters down, translate them with Chat GPT, & use THOSE translations. At least they won't not make whatever's being said incomprehensible.
