The funny thing about Shirou deserving to be cucked is that it depends. You could say he deserved to be cucked in the beginning, and in some scenarios were the player can make stupid decisions and get a bad end, but with the growth he goes through and how much of a badass he becomes in UBW and Heaven's Feel, I find it kind of funny that he is portrayed as a cuck in so many works. I mean, he's not a normal harem protagonist that could be seen as weak-willed and submissive.
Personally I don't think he deserves to be cucked. Based on the fact that he delivered the most savage line in history to Gilgamesh.
