The last part was kind of confusing with the apparent unintentional brainwashing and the who is fucking who situation, also I’m not a fan of the whole “fucking your own dick” gimmick that many of these stories had, but aside from that I actually liked this one, I like the little “friendship” that these two had which is rare to encounter in works like this.

Also very thoughtful of them to not use the nurses to fuck the main character body, specifically the one that had a boyfriend,
although it was most likely unintentional and didn’t had any “wholesome” meaning behind it, it was still kind of nice.

It seems that after his spirit returned to his body it also remained as the controlling conscious of the girl. I guess the idea is that he painted over her "self" and even once his soul (?) is back in his body her* soul is now the same as his? The dialogue suggests she's been corrupted, but even if she isn't a copy of him at the end its clearly way over the line to qualify as identity death lol.
